I'm going to suggest 2 places:

First, over on LJ, grrliz offers a way to use some of her layouts from thefulcrum on Dreamwidth in this post

Second, grrliz made a community here, on Dreamwidth, for DW-specific layouts - go join it! dreamwidthlayouts

Then you can have lots of fun AND be pretty :)
